All of our wedding packages include tables, chairs, white/black chair covers,  linen, table runners, Basic centerpiece, 1 hr. rehearsal time. 

$600  Monday-Thursday

  • (4 hrs-- prior to 5 pm)

$1200 Friday-Sunday

  • 6 hours

Celebrations & Parties

Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette, and holiday parties here! ALL Parties include tables & chairs and use of kitchenette. Accommodates 50 Seated guests; 60 guests total


A damage deposit of $100 (refundable) and *Cleaning fee of $130 is added to each rental.

For ALL events:


  • Clients may bring in own Decorator/decorations, Caterer, food at no surcharge

  • Chairs only--lecture style

  • $60/hr.

Rental for Fitness Classes: $30/hr

Information & Policies

Reservations:  A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  Total payment is due 30 days before event.

Cancellations:   You may reschedule and/or transfer an event once for a charge of $50 prior to 30 days before originally scheduled event.  Rescheduled events must take place within 60 days of original event

  • Events canceled less than 60 days from the event will result in 100% loss of all money paid. 


Holiday rates:


  • Holidays and holiday weekends: Nov. 23-Januray 6.  Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend.

Additional services available below​:

Onsite Day of Event Wedding Coordinator:  $300

  • Coordinator will manage the wedding ceremony to provide a stress free event. Includes a 30 minute face to face consultation prior to event.

Set up and Take Down $300 -  We will set up your event with the decorations you provide. All you have to do is show up! We will also pack away your things in your containers, so you can just leave (excluding food & drinks). 

Linens (white/black) :  $10/per table


Table runner: $5 per table


Chair Sash: $1.50 per chair


Chair Cover (black/white): $1.50 per chair

Cocktail Table (High top): $10 per table

Basic Centerpieces: $20/table

Red Carpet, Stanchions and ropes $40

Chocolate Fountain: $90


Bouquet & Boutonniere: $100

Officiant: $150
