Please review contract before payment. The reservation deposit is 50% of venue rental option you choose.  An additional refundable damage/cleaning deposit between $200 and $300 is due before the event (depending on the venue chosen).  Nonrefundable fees: Evening events (only) will incur $100 security/staff fee. A $75 Sanitation fee will be added to all events.

Please read contract carefully.  You should not send a deposit without fully understanding the contractual obligations. Making a deposit is your agreement to all of the contract, Day of Event Information, and cleaning guidelines.  There are no refunds. Contract must be signed and a valid driver's license provided prior to your event or you will not be allowed access to the venue.
